We're looking for someone who's passionate, curious, loves technology and enjoys helping customers along the way.  

What your daily life will be like:

• Processing a new advisor file, an active advisor file, or a departing file. advisor
• Communicate with the various legal authorities, insurance and investment companies, and actively communicate with customers.
• Work closely with Compliance on firm attachment requests
• Renew licenses and liability insurance
• Participate in the department's technological development
• Involvement in process improvement within the department

What we're looking for:

• A DEC in financial services, administration or a related discipline and 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the mutual fund environment and financial services products (an asset)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with information technology
• Be structured and rigorous
• Attention to detail
• Be a change agent and a solutions person
