New Business Coordinator

You'll be working in constant collaboration with our financial advisors, processing new applications as they are submitted. You will deal with insurers and paramedical firms to ensure that files meet industry standards.

Challenges :

1. Carry out the administrative processing of all new proposals (verification, entry and transmission of proposals, entry of decisions, entry and verification of new policies, etc.).

2. Adjust compensation reports in the system so that they are in line with actual sales.

3. Deal with insurers, paramedical firms and consultants for all requests.

4. Scan and archive files

5. Be a seasoned participant in team meetings and departmental operations.

6. Participate in the development of new working methods

 

Assets :

      1. DEC in administration or other related discipline, minimum 2 years' experience

     2. Knowledge of life and health insurance and familiarity with the Office Suite.
